Passwords And Id

i just signed up with dish network, great, created a id and password, no problem, the problem is the id and password never sticks i have to go through alot to reset using the same exact password and id that was already there. help maybe i am doing something wrong

I apologize you are having problems logging into your account. From your post, you stated you already had your password reset, is that correct? If you are not able to login, you can go to our Website and speak with an Online Chat Agent. They can verify some of your information and reset the password if needed. The user name and password is case sensitive. I hope this helps.
