In May 2015 The Placed I Lived Was Sold. I Moved In June . Had The Dish Netwo

Sent out a tech for install. My landlord refused to let Dish be installed. I even asked if we put it in a bucket with concrete and put it on the porch. Landlord refused. He only always Comcast. Perhaps he gets a cut. Since I had 7 mo to go Dish took $140.00I out of my checking account I have asked even the Corp Office to refund at least part of the money. They told me to get another customer for them and they would give me half of the money back. I told them I am 80 years old many of my friends are gone. This is impossible for me. So I do not get any part of the 140.00 back. Can you help

Hello, unfortunately HelpOwl can not assist with getting your money back from Dish. However, two options that may be able to assist you are the Better Business Bureau, and your local or state attorney general's office. For the BBB, just click the link and you can file a complaint. To reach your state's attorney general's office, search for your state and "attorney general contact" and you should get either an email address or phone number to contact them.
