Hi there!

If you have forgotten your id & password for your online DISH Network account, under the fields where you would enter your ID & Password on DISHnetwork.com, you will simply select can't login, first elect the option for forgotten Username, you will then need to answer a few questions, once you have completed this process you will obtain your username at which point you can now go through the process to obtain or reset your password.
