Hi! I understand how frustrating this issue can be and I would love to help! Please try the steps below to readdress your remote to your receiver. If this does not resolve the issue please send me an email with more details on the equipment so that I can further assist you!

1. Press the system info button on the front right side of the receiver.

2. Press and hold down the SAT button on the remote until all the lights are lit.

3. Enter a number 1-15 on the remote keypad.

4. Press the pound(#) button once.

5. Press the record button 3 times.
