Hello! My name is Becki, with DISH Network. There may be a few things that are causing your select button to now work. You may need a new remote. Three options...

Call Dish and request a replacement at 1-800-333-3474
Crack it open and try to clean it yourself. Be really careful. Use rubbing alcohol to clean the contacts.
