Local Channel Audio Problems

I have dish network and I have a problem with the audio only, on a local channel only. The video is fine, and other local channels are fine, but the audio on my local channel 28, WSJV, sounds like it's cycling, and it cuts off about 2-3 times a second. My other local channels have no problem, and my Dish Network channels have no prolem, the problem is only with the local channel 28, WSJV. This same problem happened about 6 months ago. By taking a look at our current channels issue list it looks like we do not have channel 28 wsjv listed. In order to further research I would need more detailed account information.
