Why Am I Being Charged $400 For A Hopper I Returned 2 Months Ago?
I was sent a new Hopper that I did not want, so I slapped the return label on, and sent it back. Dish has confirmed they received it, but have been calling me for 6 weeks saying I am going to be charged $400 for unreturned equipment. Yesturday my account was charged $400. I called again and they said I had to speak to Exec. Resoltn Team, the guy would not transfer me to them and hung up on me! It must be tested to make sure it's not damaged and it is stuck in that department. I never opened the darned thing and Dish knows I returned it, so why am I being charged? Also, does Exective Resolution Team really exist? How do I them on the phone is cust serv will not transfer me?
