Hi there! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. If you are not getting SD channels at the moment, it may be because your Guide List has been set to ALL HD Channels Only. In order to verify this, please press the Guide button on your remote and were it says 'List' make sure it's under 'All My Channels' or 'All Channels'.
