Dish Network Volume Problem

My volume cuts out every 5seconds on my dish tv. What's the problem

Hi. This is Phillip Chang with DISH Network. Sorry to hear you are having an audio issue, let's get that fixed. We can try resetting the receiver by unplugging it from the wall for 10 seconds then plugging it back in, it will turn itself back on. Check that the connections between your DISH receiver, your TV, and any components (VCR, DVD Player, etc.) in between are secure. If you can, connect another component (VCR, DVD Player, etc.) to the same TV, using same cable, same input, and same channel to see if it works. If it works with another component, we are going to need to replace the receiver; if it still doesn't work we may need schedule a technician.
