Return Of Dish Tv Hd Hardware

Is it possible for me to get a refund if I return My Dish TV hardware? It has been less than a year since i bought it and im plannin to move to another broadcaster due to poor service & packages

Hi, DISH does normally lease it hardware to our customers. All leased equipment must be returned to DISH to avoid any unreturned equipment charges to your account. If you did purchase your equipment, it will not be allowed to be returned for a refund after a year of use but you can sell the equipment on ebay or other such sites on the internet.
