Can;t Get Anyone To Answer On Dish Tech Support Line

My name is Kirstie Filosa & I am with DISH Network customer service. Thanks for your feedback, I will be looking into this further to ensure we aren't experiencing any technical issues! This is a rare occurrence since there should always be someone to answer, because DISH Network does have 24/7 customer assistance. So this does lead me to believe the only other explanation is you may possibly be calling an incorrect phone number or it could possibly be there is a wait time at times we do experience a high call volume. I would just like to clarify you are calling 1-800-333-3474? When calling this number you will be able to reach someone & if not routed directly to our technical support department you can request the representative that answers to transfer you to our technical support. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
