Hi, I would be happy to assist you. DISH does not send a technican to readdress a remote to another TV. We have a link on our website that allows you to enter your remote model, the product type (TV), and the manufacturer. http://www.mydish.com/support/apps/remotecodes.aspx?WT.svl=gsearch_results You will then get a list of codes for your new TV.
