2 Phone Lines

If I add an additional phone line to my house does it matter if one receiver is on my current line and one is on he new line?

Hi, Mary with Dish Network Customer Service. It can have a separate line to each receiver but it is usually best if they are connected to the phone line that corresponds with the phone number on your Dish Network Account. I hope this helps.
