Hi, I am sorry about the problem you are experiencing with your DISH box and I would like to help. Can you please tell me what is happening? What is showing on the TV screen? Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the power outlet for 10 seconds? Please email me directly and let me know what is occurring and I will assist you further. Thank you!
