Box Not Working

our  box went out and we called, they sent another one,but it didn't work either. they checked and said it was hooked up to another account, and would send another one,but for us to keep the one till it came. we have had so many run arounds and it has been two weeks, and nothing. we don't want to pay for nothing. can you help, or should we have tne account cancelled?
