Hi chernan33740, I will try to help you with your question but I may need more information. You can press the guide button on the remote to cycle through from all channels to HD channels only. You may also complete a check switch test if you had this channel previously. To complete this press menu, 6-1-1, check switch and test. If this does not correct this and you did not have this channel previously you can visit mydish.com to see if it is included in your programming. If you need additional help post here with more details or email.
