There Is No Data Appearing On The Screen When I Type On The Xps14 Laptop Keyboar

There is no data appearing on the screen when I type on the Dell XPS14 laptop keyboard. Have run all diagnostics, rebooted, attached a separate keyboard, also does not work. Everything else is working fine on the computer. Removed, tested and reinstalled keyboard driver. That is working. someone must have had this happen? Any ideas? Thanks.

I am assuming that you are using the touch screen. If that is the case then the likely supect is a disconnection of the keybaord assembly and the system board. Did you use a USB keyboard? However if you have replaced the actual keyboard then check the troubleshooting information on the the Dell link attached.
