Why Does My Right Internal Speaker Not Work?

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
If one of your internal speakers are not working, this could be a hardware failure.
I would recommend you to update the sound drivers from the link below.

Connect a set of external speakers or headphones to verify if the sound is proper on both left and right.
Follow the link below to find the users manual and to check the connections of the speakers to your motherboard.
