Why Does My Right Internal Speaker Not Work?

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

If one of your internal speakers are not working, this could be a hardware failure.

I would recommend you to update the sound drivers from the link below.
http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/04/Product/vostro-1310

Connect a set of external speakers or headphones to verify if the sound is proper on both left and right.
