Bluetooth Problem
I have a new dell vostro 1015 with windows7 . I can't turn on the bluetooth with Fn+f11. None of the drivers on support.dell.com have worked. How can I get my bluetooth working?

I know you say you tried the drivers on Dells site, but I'll list the link anyway in case someone else reads this and needs it : http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?os=W732&catid=-1&dateid=-1&impid=-1&osl=EN&typeid=-1&formatid=-1&servicetag=&SystemID=VOS_N_1015&hidos=WW1&hidlang=en&TabIndex=&scanSupported=False&scanConsent=False
Anyway. Have you checked the device manager in Windows? Click Start->Run and enter DEVMGMT.MCS and hit Enter.
Once the device manager loads look around for the bluetooth device.
If there are any "unknown devices" listed the bluetooth might be one of them. Otherwise it should be listed in the "Network Adapters" section and not have any funky icons associated with it.
If all that's good then it's possible the bluetooth module is defective. Testing that will require a trip to a repair shop.
Try running the Dell diagnostics utility available at that same web site. It may tell you the issue.
That's about the best I can do without physically touching the laptop. Hope it helped some.
