The Wireless Switch Is On, But Still The Wireless Is Not Working. Please Help!
The Wireless switch is on, but still the wireless is not working. Please help!
Only wired internet is working.

the fist thing to check is if there is really a wireless network in your area because if there is no network, your wireless will be on but there will be no signal to receive. if u are sure there is a wireless network in your area, switch off your laptop and switch it back on. if this does not work, go to your network settings via control panel and adjust your settings. if this still does not work, then you need to take your laptop to a laptop technician that can fix the problem or if your warranty has not expired, you can take it back to where you bought it. good luck
