My Dellv515w Will Not Scan; It Continues To Print And Fax
my computer went totally blank several weeks ago and after it was repaired ,with Dell Tech by remote, the scanner will not work; it does print and fax. My browser was changed from internet explorer to fire fox during the repair and I like IE much better.
