Dell V313 Printer Communication Problems

I installed new ink in my dell V313 printer. I have a windows vista operating system. I have tried connectine with both a usb cable and under dell settings, wireless, but when you click on the wireless settings nothing happens. How can I fix this? It saya can't communicate with printer.

Hi 

I would suggest you to disconnect the printer from the system and uninstall the printer driver. Restart your system after that and install the latest printer driver from the below mentioned link:
