Replaced Ink Cartridges
I had to replace both color and black. The color is fine, but the black says there is no ink and the printer will not print anything until I replace the cartridge, which I already did. How do I fix this problem?

Double-check that the type of ink cartridge is the correct one for the printer. If it is, then double-check the cartridge is installed properly by taking it out and re-installing it.
If all that checks out and it still won't work, I'd get the cartridge exchanged at the place it was purchased.
And if the new one still won't work, contact Dell. They have a product troubleshooter here and a few direct ways to contact technical support here
