Shut down the Dell Optiplex 755 computer completely.
Power on the computer and immediately start pressing the F8 key repeatedly until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears.
Use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode" and press Enter.
On the login screen, you should see an account named "Administrator." Select this account and leave the password field blank.
If you can successfully log in, go to the Control Panel and open the User Accounts or User Management settings.
Locate the account for which you want to reset the password and choose the option to change or reset the password.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password for the selected account.
Restart the computer and log in using the newly created password.
Note: If you don't see the "Administrator" account or are unable to log in, it may be because the account is disabled or the computer is using a different username as the administrator. In such cases, you may need to use specialized software or contact Dell support for further assistance.
Please keep in mind that these steps are provided as general guidance, and the exact process may vary depending on the specific configuration of your Dell Optiplex 755 computer.
