Dell Studio 540 Will Not Turn On After Shut Down

Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team. What is the status of the Power Button Light on the tower? Do you hear any beep codes? Disconnect the power cable from the tower, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, connect the power cable back again, and try powering on.
