Dell 1745 Won't Boot

if you have power to the system the first thing you need to do is boot in what is called safe mode, Click f8 after you get the dell log screen or until you get the logo screen try both depends on yoru computer both have worked. If it boots we need to start a clean up on yoru system you need to do a virus scan a maleware scan and clean your cache I do not know what programs you have so I can not step you through this. I use malewarebytes avast and ccleaner. If you do not have these I would recommend your go to someone elses computer and download them to a flash drive run them in safe mode, Malewarebytes we are doing a custom scan what is callled a rootkit scan
