How Do I Turn Off The Touch Screen, Then Being Able To Turn It On Again Later?

I have a Dell Studio One - 19 Desktop - Genuine Windows. I need to copy a picture on to a paper meaning i need to touch the screen with the paper but i can not do this because every time the paper touches the screen the touch screen mouse will go mental. I would like to turn off my touch screen for a bit, but i dont want to permanantly remove the touch screen from my computer, how do i do that?

Follow the steps below to disable/enable touch screen option on your system.

Click on Start > Control Panel > find Dell Touchscreen settings > Select the disable option.
