Why Is R710 Server Stuck At System Booting

I have a PowerEdge R710 that worked fine for 5 years. 3 times, I had to replace the RAID controller battery, but caught the message before is was totally dead. 10 days ago, I didn't see the message until it said "24 hours remaining". I immediately ordered a replacement battery from Amazon but it took 4 days to arrive and the RAID configuration was gone.
I have a PowerEdge R710 that worked fine for 5 years. 3 times, I had to replace the RAID controller battery, but caught the message before is was totally dead. 10 days ago, I didn't see the message until it said "24 hours remaining". I immediately ordered a replacement battery from Amazon but it took 4 days to arrive and the RAID configuration was gone.
When the new battery arrived, I vacuumed all the dust out of the system and connected the new battery. Now it has a new problem. The small LCD display on the front says "System booting." and remains that way forever. Nothing is displayed on the monitor; it is totally black and the fans never turn off. Apparently it is failing POST.
How do I approach this problem?

Hi neloojo
You will have to check for the error messages on the front LCD panel or monitor screen.
Please refer to this manual on Page 37 for messages appearing on the monitor screen and Page 23 for front LCD panel messages:
