Most likely, the battery has failed on your Perc controller. Here is a link to locate the replacement:

Once its replaced, clear the logs. The battery will take about 12-24 hours to fully charge.

The E1211 code is stating that the controller is reporting the battery is either missing, can't charge the battery (possibly because of high temperatures), or the battery is bad.
The first thing to do is verify that the controller is up to date and current, as false battery errors have been caused by out of date firmware.
If the controller is current the next thing I would do is to power down the server and then reseat the battery connection.
