Dell Poweredge 2950 Losses Time/date After Power Off ? Cmos Battery?
Is this a battery issue and where is it on the motherboard?
Where can I get a replacement ?

The CMOS battery for the unit is the standard 3V - 190MAH Lithium.
The actual Dell part number is: 75481. Really, any CMOS battery would work to resolve the time wandering issue you are experiencing.
