Dell Latitude E5410 Screen Won't Turn On

Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team. Does the system power on? If it powers on and you see the power light, then try connecting an external monitor to the system to check if you get display. If you see a display on the External Monitor, then its an issue with the LCD. If you do not see anything on the External Monitor, then its an issue with the Video Card, and if its an integrated video card, the motherboard will need to be replaced.
