The keyboard light on the Dell Latitude E4310 can be turned on or off by using the function keys (Fn) on the keyboard. Usually, you can press the Fn + Right Arrow key to turn on the keyboard light, and press it again to turn it off. If this does not work, you may need to check the settings in the Control Panel or the BIOS to see if the keyboard light function is enabled.
