Wont Power On But Adapter Does
My Dell Inspiron Won't power on at all. It was working fine and now the system won't come on. The adapter has a blue light that powers on but as soon as you plug it up to the system the light goes off.

It seems to be an issue with the motherboard of the system, I would suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps that might help you:
Connect the Ac adapter to a known good power outlet. Check Power LED indicator on AC Adaptor (without plugging into the desktop)
If LED is not lit, reseat brick and cable.
If LED on the AC Adapter goes off only after connecting to computer, then motherboard of the system needs to be replaced.

I believe that this is related to hardware issue inside your Dell Inspiron One 2305 device. The best solution that you can do now is to bring the device to the service repair center since technicians there have enough knowledge and equipments to troubleshoot and repair your device.
