Wont Go Past The Dell Screen Frezes

You have mentioned in the post that your computer is not booting up it just freezes on dell logo.

The first step which we will try is to remove the power cable from the computer.

Then press and hold the power button for 15- 20 seconds and put the power cable back in

Once you put the power cable back on the computer. Please switch on the computer.

However meanwhile you try the following steps.

• Disconnect all external devices, remove the battery if it’s a laptop and if it’s a desktop disconnect the power cord.
• Press the power button to make sure all the power is removed.
