Dell Inspiron One 2020 Will Not Stay On

My Dell Inspiron One 2020 all in one will not stay on. You can turn the computer on and it will turn itself off by itself. It does this over and over. And now, you can't turn it on. I have had this computer about a year, year and half. How do I get this computer to operate properly. Thank you,Pam Flora

It sounds like either it's overheating or there's a problem with the power supply. There are a few other possibilities as well. I recommend having the problem diagnosed by a local computer repair shop.
