Touch Pad

my laptop is inspiron N5110. i want to disable my touch pad but when i press Fn+F3 it doesn't work and the touch pad isn't being disabled. now how can i disable my touch pad?while the FN+F3 dont't work.i like to use Fn+F3 for disabling my touch pad i wonder that this problem is perhaps due to my drivers installations. so thanks  very much.

I just had the same problem and this worked for me.
Download and install the touchpad driver (R305170):
