Hi,

Press Fn + F3 key combination to enable and disable touchpad functionality.

Please also check in device manager, if the touchpad is listed.

If the touchpad is not listed , then it may be an issue with the toucpad. But if the touchpad is listed then follow the steps beelow:

We will first uninstall the touch pad driver. For that

-- Click Start.
-- Click Control Panel.
-- Open Device Manager.
-- Uninstall the touchpad drivers.
-- Restart the computer

To install the touch pad driver click on the link mentioned below:

http://dell.to/uIo3ef

-- Enter the Service Tag and choose the operating system.
-- Download and install the drivers for touchpad which will be under Input “Alps- Driver”.
-- Restart the computer. Please check if the issue is resolved now.

Please reply if you have any further questions.

Thanks & Regards
