Dell Inspiron 14 White Touchpad Setting Cant Scrolling Down

You need to install the touchpad driver.

Download it from the link below:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/Product/inspiron-15r-n5110

Select the correct operating system and then you will find the driver under mouse and keyboard category
