Optical Device For Dell N5030

When I go into the BIOS I can not find the optical device. Everything I can find says that it should be first in the list, but there is not one there. I am receiving error code oxc000000f and when I do a diagnostic check I get errors 2000-0146 and 0147. Thanks for the help.

Hi sandwichcookie,

I'm a part of Dell Social Media Team. In the BIOS screen, under General > System Information, to the right side under Device Information, check for Fixed Bay Device: DVD RW If you do not see this, please run a online custom diagnostics test for Optical Drive: http://dell.to/1a0wnWm
