How Do I Get The Cd Drive Drawer, On The Insperion 620 (desk Top) Open?

On the faceplate of the drive there's a little hole that you can use a small paper clip to insert & open the tray.

to the right of the drive bay is a strip of the faceplate that has 3 dots on it.....press that to open the drive.............
