To clear the "Replace Maintenance Kit" message on your Dell B3460dn printer, you can follow these steps:
- Press the Menu button on the printer control panel.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate to "Maintenance," then press the Select button.
- Navigate to "Maintenance Kit" and press the Select button.
- Navigate to "Reset" and press the Select button.
- Confirm that you want to reset the maintenance kit by selecting "Yes" and pressing the Select button.
- The printer will reset the maintenance kit counter and the "Replace Maintenance Kit" message should no longer be displayed.
If you have replaced the maintenance kit recently and the message still appears, make sure that the maintenance kit has been installed correctly. If the issue persists, you may need to contact Dell support for further assistance.
