Cartridge Empty Error

My printer is giving me a message to replace the cartridge and it won't print. the cartirdge does not need to be replaced yet

To test the cartridge, replace it with either a new cartridge or a known good cartridge from another printer of this type. If the error continues to return, Contact Technical Support.

1)Remove toner cartridge and imaging unit

2)Pull gently on the white coupler on the inside left side of the printer, pulling toward the center of the printer. You may feel it move or pop.

3)Reinstall supplies and test.
