How Do I Stop The Empty Color Toner Locking Out All Functions?
My color toner is just about gone and I know they need to be replaced, however my black toner is full yet the printer has locked me out of doing any other functions or being able to use only the black toner. It won't let me scan or fax out. I'm frustrated and am hoping there is some setting I can change to allow me to use my functions. Can anybody help me?
