Direct Tv Cancelled Their Gsn

Moving before summer and I promise Direct TV will NOT be going with us. When you call for technical support, OMG = What a JOKE! Why is it that incompetence runs ranpant at Direve TV? Playing online is NOT the same as playing on TV using their remote... even some (most) of the games have changed online vs. remote/TV. Why is it when you have a good thing going for you .. you go and cancel it .. I guess the technicians were too incompetent to keep up with demand.. (or so it sure seemed when we played them on TV) WAY too slow ... games jump around when you try to play them. I've called and their reply: sign online and ask your question in the forum and a MEMBER MAYBE can help you. What the heck??? This is a PAID service, mind you! I hope Direct TV loses a TON of customers due to lack of interest, lack of customer support and in one word .... LACK!!!!
