How Do I Secure My Wireless Network?

I am trying to set up encryption and don't know which selections to choose in all of the different windows.

You're best option available is WPA2 PSK (WPA2 "Personal") with AES as the encryption function.  This will provide the best possible encryption and the fastest speeds.  Note that the stronger the password, the better. 

Sidenote: If you could enable WPA2 "Enterprise", that would be the absolute best, but it requires a RADIUS server and is typically only seen/possible in a corporate/professional setting.
