Why Want Your Company Help Me To Extend My Payment Without Being Rude

I been calling for last three days trying to get an extention and the collection dept has been so rude to me and saying they block my acct for no more extention and so on.they want let me speak with supervisor and when one has call she call the wrong number and at one time i was speaking to a lead who hung up on me but put put in her notes that i hung up. why would i call back 10 more time to be abuse by your company. HELP!
