Compaq Presario Cq62-210us Notebook,
When trying to restore to notebook to factory condition I get an error to plug in power adapter. Adapter is connected and battery charges. but still get error to connect adapter while adapter is plugged into laptop. I cannot advance to next level to restore my laptop. It's the right adapter and battery charges. Can you help with this error.
