Presario Cq56 Will Power On But Is A Blank Screen ?

Purely how / what can I try to see if I can get screen back on ?

If you're not hearing any beeping from the computer then it may be the monitor or the cable. Try using the monitor with another computer to make sure it works. If it checks out then the motherboard is likely the culprit.
