As Soon As I Switch The Presario On It Switches Off Itself How Can I Fix This?

There are various issues that can cause this. First remove the battery and try with only the power supply connected to eliminate the battery and then the reverse procedure to eliminate the power supply assuming you have a good power supply. If the mains power supply has failed then it will not boot up or charge the battery.
Another cause could be faulty memory which can be proved the same way if you have 2 fitted by removing one at a time to isolate which dimm has failed. You will have to have at least one dimm fitted at all times.
