No Tv Service

for apx 40 minutes no service at 4 kings road dayton nj 08810 i called spoke with automated voice and told they are working on it!! well it has been 1/2 hour and i want compensation for every second it is off and i am paying for it!! we pay hundreds a month to your co and i am quite enoyed you guys are not more professional and on the ball !! e.pusz no i am sorry just do your job and get the service back!!

After the service has been repaired, you can call Comcast and request a credit on your bill for the time the service was unavailable to you. My advice would not be to rant at them; you will get more from them if you are polite but firm.
